This Privacy Policy describes how BrokerSiteBuilder ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, waitlist, accounts, and site-builder services (collectively, the "Service").

Account and profile. When you sign up, we collect information such as your name, email address, and credentials. We use authentication providers (e.g. Supabase) to secure your account.

Sites you build. Content you add to your broker site—text, images, settings, navigation, and form submissions from your visitors—is stored so we can provide the Service.

Waitlist and contact. If you join our waitlist or contact us, we collect the information you submit (e.g. name, email).

Usage and technical data. We may collect log data, device/browser type, IP address, and cookies or similar technologies to secure the Service, fix issues, and understand aggregate usage.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Authenticate users and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • Send service-related messages (e.g. account, security, product updates).
  • Analyze usage in aggregate to improve the product.

If you use our contact or lead forms on sites you publish, you are responsible for your own privacy notices and for complying with laws that apply to your collection of visitor data. We process that data on your behalf to deliver the Service (e.g. storing submissions and notifying you).

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account subject to legal and operational constraints (e.g. backups).

We use industry-standard measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
